Planning a weekend getaway or longer vacation? Leave your pets in loving, professional hands At Brook’s Dog Training Academy. We offer drop-in care designed with safety, behavior awareness, and genuine companionship at its core. Our background in dog training means your pets receive attentive, knowledgeable care tailored to their individual needs while you’re away.
Advanced Medication - $5
Standard medications mixed into food, treats, or pill pockets are always included at no additional charge. Some pets, however, require more hands-on or skilled medication support. A $5 per-administration fee applies for medications that require manual pilling, injections, eye or ear ointments, or other techniques that require experience and careful handling. This fee reflects the added time, skill, and attention needed to administer medication safely and with as little stress as possible for your pet.
Specialized Care - $10
For pets with special or more involved care needs, specialized care is available for an additional $10. This covers care that goes beyond standard routines, such as equipment setup or monitoring, advanced handling needs, or extra behavioral support. When a pet requires a little more time, experience, or hands-on attention, we’re prepared to provide that care thoughtfully, responsibly, and with your pet’s comfort in mind.
Visit Schedule
Scheduled visits will be completed within the following care windows:
Morning: 7am - 10am
Midday: 12pm - 3pm
Evening: 6pm - 9pm
These timeframes allow us to provide reliable, unrushed care while safely managing our daily routes. Visits requested outside of these windows may be accommodated when possible and are subject to an additional fee.
Booking Policies
To ensure we provide the highest quality of care and to accommodate your pet’s individual needs, we have a few booking guidelines in place:
Meet & Greet
For all new clients, we require a meet & greet session at least 2 weeks before the first scheduled booking. This meeting allows us to get acquainted with your pet, discuss their care routines, and address any special needs or concerns. It’s also a great opportunity for your pet to become familiar with our sitter, making future visits more comfortable and stress-free.
Booking Confirmation
To help us maintain a well-organized schedule and provide personalized care, all bookings must be confirmed at least 1 week in advance. This ensures we have adequate time to prepare for your pet’s visit and meet any special requests. If a booking request is made within less than a week of your needed service, a $20 last-minute booking fee will be applied.
